INTRODUCTION
In 2021, Tisséo Collectivités selected Flowbird’s Open Payment solution
to enhance convenience and affordability for travelers. Initially launched on the airport shuttle in 2022, the system expanded across the entire Tisséo network in 2024.

THE SOLUTION
Independent and integrated Open Payment within the existing Tisséo ecosystem
Flowbird’s Open Payment system allows travelers to use their bank card, smartphone, or smartwatch to pay directly on validators across the entire Tisséo network (buses, trams, metros, cable cars, the airport shuttle and park-and-ride sites), with over 1,800 Flowbird OPR validators installed. Passengers can validate fares instantly, enjoy capped daily pricing, and track journey details.
