Flowbird Group Secures 10-Year Contract to Revolutionize Warsaw’s Parking Infrastructure

Innovative Parking Technology to Shape One of Europe’s Largest Paid Parking Zones

Paris, 12 September 2024 — Flowbird Group, in collaboration with our operational partner City Parking Group S.A. (CPG), is pleased to announce the signing of a 10-year contract with the City of Warsaw. This milestone project will see the deployment and maintenance of 1,910 state-of-the-art Strada S5 machines within Warsaw’s Paid Parking Zone (SPPN), revolutionizing the parking infrastructure across the city.

The new Strada S5 parking meters will feature the latest in touch technology, providing an intuitive and seamless experience for residents and visitors. Additionally, our Flowbird mobile application will continue to be available, allowing users to easily manage parking through their smartphones. These machines will include features such as QR code payment extensions, further enhancing user convenience.

The introduction of these cutting-edge machines represents a significant step forward in enhancing the user experience while optimizing the efficiency of Warsaw’s parking system. Flowbird’s cloud-based software infrastructure will further ensure the smooth operation and connectivity of the parking network, allowing real-time monitoring and management of parking activities citywide.

This new contract builds on a partnership with the City of Warsaw that began in 2012, highlighting the trust and collaboration between the two parties. Over the next decade, this project will help establish Warsaw as one of the largest paid parking zones in Europe, and contribute to the modernization of urban mobility infrastructure across Poland.

Flowbird Group is honored to continue supporting the City of Warsaw. This project is not only a technical upgrade but a step towards creating a more sustainable and user-friendly parking ecosystem.
